Synopsis
Four months after pregnant Sarah (Paradis) loses her husband in a horrific car crash she is tormented in her home by a mysterious mad-woman (Dalle) who wants her child.
Along and desperate to save her unborn baby, Sarah must fight for survival. But can she escape the escalating trail of blood, carnage and mayhem that ensues as each potential rescuer dies at the hands of her unrelenting, brutal and sadistic attacker?
