Lynyrd Skynyrd announce UK leg of Last of the Street Survivors Farewell Tour (2019)

SOUTHERN Rock icons Lynyrd Skynyrd have announced the UK leg of their Last of the Street Survivors Farewell Tour for summer 2019.

The band will play a total of four shows in June, kicking off at Glasgow’s SSE Hydro Arena and including a night at London’s Wembley Arena.

Support on the UK dates will come from Status Quo.

After a career that has spanned more than 40 years and includes a catalogue of more than 60 albums with more than 30 million units sold, Lynyrd Skynyrd have been on their Last of the Street Survivors Farewell Tour for the past year.

Indeed, by the end of 2018, the two-year farewell tour will have logged over 50 stops in the US and Canada alone.

The farewell tour will now head to Canada in spring 2019 before culminating with the UK and European dates.

Tickets for the European and UK dates go on sale to the general public on Friday, November 9 at 9am.

The UK dates are (all June 2019)

30 – Birmingham, Genting Arena
