SHARON Van Etten has announced details of a 33-date world tour for 2019 in support of her forthcoming new album, Remind Me Tomorrow.

The tour kicks off in the US on February 6 in Washington, and runs through to April 11 in Stockholm.

Van Etten will arrive in the UK in March for six dates, including a night at The Roundhouse in London on March 26. Tickets go on sale on Friday, October 19, via Etten’s website

Van Etten returned earlier this month with the announcement of her fifth full-length album and her first in over four years, Remind Me Tomorrow (out January 18, 2019 on Jagjaguwar) and the new single, Comeback Kid.

Written while pregnant, going to school for psychology, and after taking The OA audition, Remind Me Tomorrow was written in stolen time: in scraps of hours wedged between myriad endeavours — Van Etten guest-starred in The OA, and brought her music onstage in David Lynch’s revival of Twin Peaks.

Off-screen, she wrote her first score for Katherine Dieckmann’s movie Strange Weather and the closing title song for Tig Notaro’s show, Tig.

Sharon Van Etten’s six UK tour dates are as follows (all March 2019)

21 – Birmingham The Mill
22 – Manchester Albert Hall
23 – Dublin Vicar Street
24 – Glasgow St. Luke’s
26 – London Roundhouse
27 – Bristol SWX
