The Amy Poehler ensemble follows the fortunes of a rag-tag group of government employees and has proved to be a launching pad for its cast, with co-stars Nick Offerman, Aziz Ansari, Rashida Jones and Chris Pratt all managing to lands deals for films, books, comedy tours and more.
The renewal comes at a time when NBC is making decisions about the fate of several shows, as well as announcing a trio of new ones.

The three new half an hour shows are Jason Katims’ About A Boy, Sean Hayes’ Sean Saves The World and Parker Posey vehicle The Family Guide.
