Shows for children this Easter at Chickenshed

Tales from the Round Table

Preview by Lizzie Guilfoyle

THIS Easter, Chickenshed is presenting Tales from the Round Table from Tuesday, April 14 to Sunday, April 19, 2020.

Meet Guinevere, Merlin, King Arthur, Sir Lancelot, Morgan Le Fay, the Lady in the Lake and the legendary sword Excalibur – as you’ve never seen them before!

Each tale has been created by a different writer or artist, and these will combine to deliver a fantastically fun and unforgettable take on some of the best known stories from history and fable.

Using a wide range of storytelling techniques, with music, puppetry and movement, Tales from the Round Table will be a magical treat for children and adults to enjoy together!

Tales from the Round Table is suitable for ages 3-7 years.

Tickets: £7 (free to babies under 6 months).

Times: 10am, 11.30am and 1pm.

And for very young children (0-3 years) there’s Planet Play at Easter, which runs from Tuesday, April 14 to Friday, April 17.

Join the Tales from the Shed team for a fun and interactive sensory session based on the stories and fables from the older children’s show – Tales from the Round Table. This is a brilliant and immersive opportunity for young children to get involved in true Tales from the Shed fashion!

Tickets: £7 (free to babies under 6 months).

Time: 10am.
