Previously Posted: Showstopper! The Improvised Musical will play a strictly limited eight-week season at The Other Palace Theatre – from Tuesday, January 22 to Saturday, March 16, 2019.

There will be eight brand new completely spontaneous musicals every week, alongside the regular monthly performances in the West End’s Lyric Theatre, Shaftesbury Avenue.

During the run the company will celebrate their 1000th unique, one-of-a-kind performance.

With eleven years as an Edinburgh Festival must-see phenomenon, a critically acclaimed West End run and the Olivier Award for Best Entertainment and Family Show to their name, The Showstoppers have blazed a trail in world class improvised comedy and delighted audiences across the globe.

Transforming audience suggestions – for setting, musical styles, show title and more – into all-singing, all-dancing productions with hilarious results, The Showstoppers guarantee audiences an entirely different show every single night as each performance is a brand-new musical West End hit waiting to happen.

The rotating company of Showstopper! The Improvised Musical includes Jonathan Ainscough, Ruth Bratt, Justin Brett, Matt Cavendish, Dylan Emery (co-creator/director), Pippa Evans, Susan Harrison, Joshua C. Jackson, Ali James, Sean McCann, Adam Meggido (co-creator/director), Philip Pellew, Andrew Pugsley, Lauren Shearing, Lucy Trodd, Heather Urquhart and Sarah-Louise Young.

Musicians are Craig Apps, Alex Atty, Christopher Ash, Jordan Clarke, Pete Furniss, Nathan Gregory, Calie Hough, Chloe Potter, Duncan Walsh Atkins (Musical Supervisor) and Andrew Woolf.
