BLACK Swan Theatre Company (BSTC) chairman, Janet Holmesà
Court, has announced that the Board of BSTC has decided to increase
the responsibilities of current artistic director, Tom Gutteridge,
to full management of BSTC.
The decision comes after an organisational review of BSTC which
recommended the change in company structure.

Mrs Holmes à Court said the
BSTC board was confident Mr Gutteridge was the right person to
head the organisation as it continued to develop and grow.
Acting General Manager Marnie Karmelita will take on the newly
created and crucial role of Sales and Marketing Manager.
Mrs Holmes à Court also paid tribute to Ms Karmelita,
saying she had filled the role after the departure of Duncan Ord
and the Board was very grateful for her efforts and level of personal
commitment.
