Sir Michael chatted to fans and signed autographs before introducing the film and paying tribute to new WBA Heavyweight champ David Haye, who was also in attendance with guests including John Hurt, Jenny Folkner, Tracy Emin, Gemma Arterton and Sir David Frost.
