HOT off the heels of The Doves' intimate Christmas tour dates,
the band has announced a busy start to 2005.
New single, Black and White Town, will be released on
February 7, 2005, just ahead of the new album, Some Cities,
on February 21.
And if that weren't enough, the band has also just announced
details of a full UK tour.
The the band will be hitting the road in February, March and
April for their biggest UK tour to date.
The 21-date tour will include gigs in Manchester, Birmingham,
Glasgow and a show at Brixton Academy in London on March 30.

The new material from Doves marks
the follow-up to 2002's acclaimed The Last Broadcast
long-player, which spawned the epic singles, There Goes The
Fear and Pounding.
