HOTLY-tipped new outfit, The Koreans, release their self-tilted
debut album on September 6, through Storm Music.
The Koreans are electro-guitar rock pioneers from south London,
comprised of Oliver Hicks (vocals/theremin/keys/guitar), Brent
Newman (lead guitar/vocals), Chris Hill (drums) and Rob Harwood
(bass).

Signed to Manchester indie label,
Storm Music, the band’s sound brilliantly balances the soulful,
rhythmic flair of early Rolling Stones alongside the electro disco
beats of New Order and Daft Punk.
The band will hit the following venues in September:
Wed 1 - London, Infinity Club (Album launch with The
Capes)
Thurs 2 - Taunton, Café Mamba
Fri 3 - Manchester, Blowout
Sun 5 - Leeds, Joseph’s Well
Mon 20 - Manchester, Life Café
Thurs 23 - Bridgwater, the Palace
The Koreans are also preparing to tour South Korea, in October,
at the request of the South Korean government!
