Nicolas Cage bound for 3D revenge thriller

NICOLAS Cage is to star in a 3D revenge action thriller called Drive Angry.
The film, to be directed by Patrick Lussier, finds Cage playing a man who is chasing the people responsible for killing his daughter and kidnapping her baby.
The vendetta gets increasingly more violent and out of control, however, leaving bodies strewn along the highway, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
The production is due to begin shooting in Louisiana in April next year, and will continue a busy schedule for Cage that also includes Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans and Disney’s The Sorcerer’s Apprentice.
Lussier has previously directed the 3D horror remake My Bloody Valentine.
